1. Data controller and contact
The data controller is Vladyslav Budiak, a private individual developing the Bywalio project before starting a business. For privacy matters, contact kontakt@bywalio.pl.
2. Scope and purposes of processing
We use information submitted through the application form to assess applications, contact businesses, organise the pilot and communicate about the project. Processing is based on taking steps at the applicant’s request and the legitimate interest in developing and protecting the project.
3. Google Forms
The application form is provided by Google. After opening it, Google may process technical information and cookies under its own privacy policy. Only provide information necessary to assess the application and make contact.
4. Data recipients
Hosting, email, form and analytics providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services. We currently use OVHcloud, Google Forms and — after consent — Google Analytics.
5. Retention period
We keep applicant data during recruitment for the pilot and for no longer than 6 months afterwards, unless continued contact or participation justifies longer storage. Information subject to a legal obligation may be retained for the period required by law.
6. Individual rights
To the extent provided by law, individuals have the right to access, rectify or erase their data, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data and lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Browser storage and Google Analytics
The website stores only the analytics decision and manually selected language in the browser’s local storage. Google Analytics loads only after voluntary consent. After consent, Google may store its own identifiers and collect information about visited pages and clicks leading to the application form.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. Refusing analytics does not limit access to the website or application form.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, data minimisation, access control and protections provided by our hosting and tool providers.
