Effective from 21 July 2026

1. General information

These terms set out the rules for applying to and participating in the free Bywalio pilot. Bywalio is a digital loyalty card project for local services run by Vladyslav Budiak, a private individual validating the idea before starting a business. The pilot is not a paid service. You can contact the organiser at kontakt@bywalio.pl.

2. Applying for the pilot

Applications are submitted through Google Forms and do not guarantee selection. The organiser may contact selected businesses to discuss their needs and agree on the conditions of the test.

3. Participation and free access

Selected businesses participate free of charge for the agreed pilot period. Submitting the form does not create a paid contract or an obligation to continue using the solution.

4. Participant responsibilities

The participant provides accurate information, uses the test version lawfully and does not take actions that threaten the security of the service or third-party rights. Specific test arrangements may be agreed separately with a selected business.

5. Availability of the test version

The pilot is intended for product testing. Features may be changed, limited or temporarily unavailable. The organiser will take reasonable steps to keep the test version working correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Withdrawal and termination

A participant may withdraw at any time by email. The organiser may end a business’s participation if it breaches these terms, creates a security risk or when the testing programme ends.

7. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The processing of pilot businesses’ customer data will be agreed before testing begins with real customers.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed for important organisational, legal or technical reasons. Changes will not introduce charges for the pilot period without the participant’s explicit consent.
